I also got the US code after I finnished the Verified Fan procedure. I didn't buy any tickets and now I got my EU code just fine. I guess if you explain your situation, they will solve it. The thing is, that in between recieving those two codes, I renewed my subscription. If you didn't, the system can be confused by that, but by all logic you should get a code.
