If you leave your account running also in years there is no tour, then you would have gotten access yesterday and as far as I know, like 99.8% did not have any problems yesterday getting tickets for any of the shows they wanted.
If you only subscribe for a tour year, then sorry, others have earlier access then - which will be a problem for very desired tour stops. They only release a certain amount of tickets for the presales and most obviously there are a LOT MORE Innocence subscribers, and THIS is not u2.com's fault. Sorry.
It's also not U2.com's fault, that travel and hotel add up - many are flying to other continents. that is YOUR hobby so it's YOUR stuff you gotta deal with. You cannot blame U2 for not playing every village in every country but only this or that city.
