    Of course they are right. It's YOUR job to take care of the fact to be the FIRST one getting access, which was the Experience group. If you leave your account running also in years there is no tour, then you would have gotten access yesterday and as far as I know, like 99.8% did not have any problems yesterday getting tickets for any of the shows they wanted.

    If you only subscribe for a tour year, then sorry, others have earlier access then - which will be a problem for very desired tour stops. They only release a certain amount of tickets for the presales and most obviously there are a LOT MORE Innocence subscribers, and THIS is not u2.com's fault. Sorry.

    It's also not U2.com's fault, that travel and hotel add up - many are flying to other continents. that is YOUR hobby so it's YOUR stuff you gotta deal with. You cannot blame U2 for not playing every village in every country but only this or that city.

    i'm subscribed since vertigo tour 2005 , i know how it works everything, yesterday i didn't have the access code, it's a fault to have an innocence code like JTT in Rome and NLOTH tour 2009 2010 where i made 7 dates Milan 2, Rome 1, Turin, 1,Barcelona 2 and Dublin 1? Sorry i don't agree
  4. Well then you probably should have called them yesterday to get your code.
    And still you agree to U2.com's terms and conditions and they def state, a presale code does NOT guarantee you a ticket.
  5. I think it's a combination of things. People using their codes multiple times probably isn't helping as well.

    about hotel and all others things you wrote i didn't write i booked with tickets man, i do it by myself it's my work...........your arguments are really incredible, i'm 57 years old man, don't explain me how to do please.............

  8. I mean wherever you live, however you speak - your message is a great example of "progress" in the mass appeal live music industry. it stinks, we all know it but aren't going to change it. Pay up or miss out. that's the message from the industry (band included). kind of depressing really. i'll still try and get in of course, its what we do. and they know it.

    although its an obvious point, you got tickets with innocence code for stadium shows. far more demand and far less seats indoors
