1. This winds me up... can't stand all the moaning of ticket prices. Just checked quickly on ticketmaster for a comparison, Taylor Swift tickets (no real comparison but a big name) at Man City's ground, pitch seats are £220 each, lower tier are £190 and middle tier are £170... I got U2 pitch standing tickets for under £80 each last year and for this year's tour too. Ticket prices go up, I have even heard people comparing this tour's prices to the £22.50 they paid in 1993... help them.

agreed ill informed idiots, not a mention of GA at £90, or a couple of thousand seats at £45, easy to take a shot at U2, but not at others!

hopefully some of the responses will set them right.

having said that i dont disagree with there comments about top price ticket prices at £200 plus is way too much for me!
  3. Just had a response off Eventim regarding GA for Manchester tomorrow, they are unsure at this stage what will be available so not holding out much hope!
  4. Who cares what other artists are charging? They are all over-priced! U2 don't need the money do they, £210 for a ticket to see anyone is crazy!
  5. At the time the price was 22.50 GBP U2 were playing in Sarajevo.....

    The times of Innocence........
  6. worst presale ever, that's the truth
  7. Did anybody already recieve the Berlin tickets? In the FAQ at the Ticketmaster it says that the tickets are usually delivered in 2 days and if one doesn't recieve them in 7 days (which it is today), one should contact them. I know, that the concert in not in a week or so, but being forced to pay 35 Euro for the postage, I think I should have the ticket in my hands by now.
  8. £39.50 all in for Slane Castle in 2001...those were the days

I spoke to ticketmaster.de and they refunded my postage to allow will call.
Ridiculous fee for postage-even more so if you're still waiting after a week.
  12. Found it pretty smooth... Innocence last Friday got straight in there with Berlin GA's, only seats for Manchester but wanted GA's so thought I'd hold out.

Monday, tried the album presale code, no GA only seats, Wednesday tried the O2 code- straight in there with GA's for Manchester. Sorted!
