  7. Are "hardcopy" tickets those ones that I paid €5,95 each for and that look like cool credit cards that one hangs around the neck? I printed out my order but it is in French, and it only says "billets" (tickets).

    No hardcopy are the regular tickets (so no e-tickets). The CC tickets are the collector tickets
