1. Bingo.
  2. Live (almost) trivia for Paris and for Swedish members of U2 Start (2nd Feb. -18):

    ticketmaster.fr has a national number, which is 0892 390 100 (0.45€/min)

    Albert's letter of resignation:

I just called the Swedish international telephone number inquiry (118119), a very expensive service, and asked them if the number was genuine, and I was told it was. I asked them to put me in direct Contact with said number. They could NOT (which I suspected).

I asked for a proof of our conversation, to which I was refered to customers' service, which he told me was closed anyways on fridays. "Why?", I asked. "I have no idea", he replied.. I said that I had no intention to make another call and asked for his name. He would only give me his first name: Albert. I told him that it will be easy for me to find out his name since he is charging me for the conversation and since I have his telephone number. I told him that when you cannot answer a question, when you are guessing etc., you must direct me to your superior or I shall do it for you. Eventually, he gave me the name - and surname - to his boss (and I told him that all this would go online within minutes): VD (verkställande direktör) Örjan FRID, tel (probably only from Sweden: hallå svenska medlemmar på u2 start!) 0770 113200. My Money back for this conversation (a couple of euros, say five, i.e. the amount for Alberts resignation [...] was worth since I recon he will not be working on monday) is paramount to the case which eventually goes to u2.com who directed me to another state. It's a matter of VAT, and hence, of tax fraud issues, and the intention more then often lies within schemes like this one.

I'd love to know what you're talking about. But

  4. I remember not so long ago, when an event sold out quickly,an additional show or shows were often made available straight away. Therefore,if you thought you'd missed out, you'd get an immediate second chance and could often get lucky. I know things are different now with staggering presales etc,but all this waiting more weeks etc must be painful for those still looking.
  5. LikeASong, considering that some statutes of limitations expire after the Paris Concert, I was merely guaranteing through the internet for some a proof in case some were to be cheated in a scheme that I have seen before. I am trying to help friends to not getting screwed.

The post was firstly meant for Swedish members. The clue will eventually be posted here on the 9th of September.

How does Streets in A work for You?

Super off topic, but I tried Streets in A major last night and it is too low for me. You might have noticed I'm in the mid-higher vocal range so Bono's super strained vocals suit me well

On topic again: so just Paris4 and Belfast2 left, and this whole madness will be finally over! I guess if Milan3 will ever sell out so 4th can be announced. It would be weird to have it as the only EU city with odd number of shows.

  7. Birthday concert, I'm so excited!!
  8. Still a week between belfast and Dublin, could we be getting a Glasgow show or two?, assume there will also be a Milan 4
