1. I’ve recieved the same answer a few weeks ago.

I asked them 1st of March and they sent my gift the next day.

    Try this
  2. I complained and mine arrived within 3 days
  3. It actually looks like they lost track of who already got the gift and who not, so once somebody sends tham an e-mail, they sent the LPs. Are people actually recieving those without sending them an e-mail first?
  4. Sended them a e-mail because i haven't recieved nothing on both accounts!

Sure, many of my friends did too.

Same here, I emailed them asking why others who redeemed later than me had received theirs, including someone at work who took subscription out in January ...low and behold next day it shipped? ....I do think it’s a fab gift just maybe not for 2017 sub when they couldn’t fulfill anything until after June , maybe more prudent to have offered as a 2018 sub instead, be great now if we could have a Joshua tree tour Blu-ray for this years gift ?
  7. Received mine today and the sleeves are all busted to shit. Seam splits on each and every record. Completely done with this fan club.
  8. Finally some action on order status.. mine seems to have shipped on 02 March...
  9. I ended up emailing U2.com. I'd have been willing to just forget about all of this if the records had shown up in decent condition, but that on top of the fact that they technically still owe me another gift (that I am unable to redeem) just leaves me at a total loss.

When the second TJT date went on presale in Chicago, Ticketmaster let you snag seats, but you could only check out and pay for them if you entered a subscription code. However, there was an option right there that said "Click to add a $50 U2.com subscription to your order and check out" (or something similar), so that's precisely what I did. That was the last thing I ever heard about that subscription - never appeared on my account, was never contacted with confirmation, etc. Did this happen to anyone else?

I've been very sour in this thread lately and I'm not trying to dominate it with sass, but I spent $100 on this stupid crap and all it's gotten me aside from presale access is a package of shitty-quality records. Hopefully the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
  10. Fire off a formal complaint Matt with photographs of the damage
The packaging was really poor just cardboard no bubble wrap
  11. Before the 2017 gift, gifts were sent automatically this is the first time you had to redeem your gift
At first I didn't noticed that I had to redeem so I didn't until august
I think they should sent it automatically to long term subscribers and let last minute subscribers choose. For the most of them it's only to get in ticket presale and they don't care about the gift a lot will end up on eBay or marktplaats
If U2com did so they had enough stock for long term subscribers.
