  2. I remember seeing this on television again after they played, but Real Thing started without the woman talking, I have been looking for this for years but can't find it, can anybody help me?

  6. The Stones learned from U2's performance in 2011 (which armed a bit restrained our nervous on some ways)...remembering that U2 didn't know how to do a bad gig of course !

    They put a small runway out to get a better connection with the crowd.

    Here is a new mix I've been working on. I've mixed the previously available version and edited out the edits from it, taken the audio of Real Thing from the BBC Red button version and mixed it over where Jo Whiley introduces U2 at the front of the stage.
    Also you now don't have the cuts from where the presenters were talking between certain songs. So it now flows uninterrupted. Hope you like it.

    It's the first time i've used mediafire so hopefully it all works.

Weather didn't help their cause either did the dead beat crowd, It was very unnerving to hear Coldplay's Yellow getting the biggest sing a long of the night when Bono foolishly decided to sing it ,they messed up Bad by cutting it short also With or without you .Boots should never have been played they have so many better songs they could have done instead New year's day,All I want is you ,Electric co ,Gloria,Desire etc and they could have done another 30 mins as they were allotted 2 hours .On the plus side they played quite well considering they were out of their comfort zone and battling the elements and showed the Brits what an array of top tunes they've written over the years.
