    Don't know if that's the one you're looking for but might be worth a try.

    I ripped it from a DVD called 'When I dream of setlist I dream of this show", a compilation of 3rd Leg Vertigo tracks filmed and compiled by U2rmw.
    There's also a DVD of the whole Chicago show, but that one is kept on rare trade,
