    Haha but so sad too. l'll never forgive Live Nation for U2 playing to empty seats.
    Live Nation aren't the ones at fault here.

    No one forced them to oversaturate by doing a stadium tour last year.

    Are you sure? From what I've read (just from forums), the band weren't very keen to tour TJT last year. Forced may be too strong a word, but who knows. We don't know what is in their LN contact. But I'm sure LN was very keen to get U2 touring stadiums last year.

    Nobody forced U2 to sign that contact with LN, that's for sure.

    The choice to tour is up to the band. End of story.

    Live Nation does logistics etc. and takes a cut.

    The band wanted to do the JT 30 tour, so they did.

  9. Ah, ok. Thanks. I'm not there, but I'd be torn. Love to grab a bargain. But I wouldn't want to give the scalpers a single cent. The more money they lose the better! Although if it is sold out I guess there aren't any other options.
