Honestly, it's the U2 crowd. When I saw JoShua Tree 2017, so many people were sitting down in my section, I was actually uncomfortable standing lol. Cage The Elephant, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Jack White, Pearl Jam... nobody was sitting for those shows.
I went to Joshua tree in dallas texas and everyone was standing in singing probably one of the better crowds in America but in order to get the full U2 experience you got to go to a europa show which I hope to do one day

I will second the PJ statement. The crowds always rock. They actually rock harder fir the rare stuff lol.
  3. To be fair though, Pearl Jam's fan base may be slightly younger than U2's. And Pearl Jam plays some rockers
  4. Yeah age and style of music definitely plays a factor I feel.
  5. It's funny though- most of PJ is only three, four, five years younger than U2..but watching Jeff Ament jumping around on stage you'd think he was 18
  6. Yeah age I guess can play a part I mean I’m 14 and I know no one my age who even listens to U2
  7. idk if you guys saw but im seeing lots of positive reviews from last night’s show
  8. Not really to be honest. Both groups have generations of fans. I just think there’s more die hard, traveling fans in a pj crowd. Just my experience. I’ve seen both over 30 each times easy.
  9. You’re 14!!!! Awesome. You got some great taste. There is hope I guess.
  10. And there should be. Maybe we’re getting past the “cool to hate” factor that u2 had fir a while. Especially after the SOI incident.
  11. I’m 17! Cool to see another young fan
