  1. in the words of mr gallagher, no.

if it MUST be in the set open the encore with it and go straight into 11 o'clock tick tock. Though personally I'd rather it was locked in a deep sea vault and dr who brought in to erase all memory of it.
  2. Nice energy during End of the world last night !!!!

I agree the ocean with out 11 O clock Tick tock is a disaster!
  4. I assume his basis for that laughable idea is that we are seeking attention within a very small community (who have no obligation to care about our opinion) by criticising a huge band who we don't know and who don't know us and who are completely unaware of our opinion However we'd also have to exhibit a lack of assertiveness amongst many other things and I don't think we're lacking in that department.

It’s probably the most ridiculous comment I’ve ever read. I’ve had my fair share of argument here with people who think this band can do no wrong but at least they make a point in their arguments, whether I agree or not. This is just ridiculous. Low self esteem is making me dislike some of the decisions one of my favorite bands are making??
  6. yep, that's the reasoning. Take it to it's logical conclusion and if you have an interviewer who criticises them on any level or who simply asks awkward questions then they too would be suffering from low self-esteem but the cat deeley "aren't you great/i love you/everything is wonderful" style of interview is fine.

WTF? They had a bad show. It happens. Even DutchU2Fan, the most positive fan here agrees. Come back here when you can make one post without attacking someone.

    Lol
  9. Onto a brighter note! Does anyone else think it’s odd U2 played zero JT songs this tour so far? Strange??
  10. i think streets will be back within the next five shows if they are as bad as last night. whoever asked for please>streets to end the first half might get what they want.
  11. "they want new material, you can't sell the same old stuff to the same crowd forever.".

Bono - "THIS IS AMERICA, IT'S AN IDEA! Here's Elevation..."
  12. Not odd, as they played all the songs of the TjT the last tour.
