Just scroll up above, we just discussed that whole thing

I'm pretty sure, he thought it's a cheap try of advertisement.
  4. MacPhisto? Yeah maybe.

Bono knew the sign and Vertigo Radio though. He congratulated the boys from Vertigo Radio on their 500th broadcast two days before in Tulsa, he even sang a bit for them into their microphone when the band was meeting fans outside.

Last year Bono even did a snippet of "Vertigo radio" during one of the shows where he saw the sign. Long history there.

Ok, but why didn't you tell us what you knew?(How could i know?) It's obvious then, that it was just for the show.

They can never please everyone anyway. Even though I missed Wild Horses last night I still had a great time as I will always have. If they would drop Acrobat, Blackout & American Soul too then there's not much in it for me anymore

I'm so happy there's no JT songs anymore and I hope they never return. Had their time. And I applaud them for this bold move, it's very unlike U2 and exactly the kind of thing most of us here wanted them to do in the first place

Amen. While I acknowledge the setlist compared to Tulsa seems lacking, I’m actually glad they dropped SFD and Wolves. Didn’t all of us complain initially that they were reusing an entire block of material from 2015? Now they can refer back to Innocence but get to the rest of the show more efficiently. And as one who has only ever heard NYD on The JT Tour, I’d gladly hear it again this year.

Bummer about Wild Horses being dropped, for sure. But 25 songs still? Agreed that that’s amazing, and I’ll take it - especially if it includes Acrobat.
  7. it's a good thing they didn't start of with a perfect setlist, I guess they will keep experimenting with it for a while and eventually find the right flow. Wild Horses sounded great on the first night, so I'm sure they will try to find a good spot for that one as well. Interesting times...
