  1. I definitely think its good the band is playing RFD but ABOY should stay in the setlist maybe don’t play ceaderwood road or raised by wolves
  2. I think I heard a bit of singing for LIAWHL in the first San Jose show as well, might have been alongside the pre recorded vocals though. On night 2 I notice the first two lines of the 2nd verse he isn’t singing live at all but then comes back in on ‘so many stars..’. I think pre recorded vocals play alongside bono for the whole auto tune bit but it’s just live bono for the rest of it.
  3. Just got back from San Jose and I really enjoyed the concerts, both from the lower level seats and on the GA floor. I think the performances are tightening up, the band sounds great, and, to me, the setlist is a good mixture of new and old and will evolve from here. Although we didn't get to hear Wild Horses, I was thrilled when U2 performed the song I wanted most to hear from the new album--Red Flag Day on night 2. The UK guy I was standing next to on the rail of the Red Zone and I hugged each other when we heard it! (Seems like the Irish and Europeans had more energy than most of the American crowd). Red Flag Day sounded terrific live; that was the one new song I wanted most to hear. I can highly recommend the rail next to the Red Zone--there is a raised platform next to the rail which allowed myself and the shorter guy next to me to see over the tops of the tallest heads. Thanks to advice from U2starters I had a great first GA experience for U2.

    Would have loved Summer of Love, too, but I was more than thrilled to hear the new song I told my son I wanted most to hear from the new album live--Red Flag Day! He bought me the CD for Christmas (didn't tell him I already had it lol). So he will be pleased to hear that I got the song I wanted!

  9. First U2 album in years that I want every song played live! RFD was the best audience reaction to a new track in ages.
