  4. Yes... I consider the 00s as from 2000 to now since many fans acknowledge ATYCLB was the turning point in the band's career. Like Jesus Christ's birth marking a before and after in history... One could say 1997 is actually year 3 BE (Before Elevation)

  12. I tend to structure these setlists with ~10 rockers to start with, then the acoustic slot, then ~5 "dark" songs and then the encores, but of course you can structure as you want
