  2. i searched like a mad man a ticket for second night in Milan after two for first night. I think i will resell , i agree with the mate who says no reason to go on more shows for this tour @rspass

this tour currently stands at 30 songs so according to u2 gigs

boy 20, october 26, war 28, unforgettable fire 31, not bad considering the number of songs they had available to them at each point. so what's their excuse now? oh yes laziness.

let's continue for a few tours
    JT 44
zoo 54 (apparently you don't think 24 constitutes more setlist variation)
Pop (so neither will) 56 then

this band is finished accept it. accept that some of you will never see shows with the passion that those of us who attended 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 87 did stop trying to defend them and the impact livenation has had on them and most of all stop trying to rewrite history.
  4. I have been saying that for a few yrs now, U2 doesn't care if their CDs, DVDs, tour merchandise, etc sells or not, they Know that they have an incredible fan base that are going to purchase their tickets and attend their shows, and that is how they make their $$$$$.
  5. So with that being said, they don't have to give or owe their fans anything because they know you are gonna attend the shows anyway and since livenation runs the whole damn thing, everything that this band ever stood for back in the 80's is over, stop trying to get something from nothing

    can I get a hallelujah!
  7. i guess we're starting to outnumber the pitchfork brigade
  8. What happened to Bono ?

The 27 songs on opening night were a way of attracting attention. I was at opening night in Vancouver in 2015. They played 'The Troubles' that night, it got dropped the second night.. ...so far I have tickets for Berlin 1 + 2, the home shows Amsterdam 1 + 2 and Belfast to finish it off........ ...Very curious about what opening night for Europe brings..

I touched The Edge as he walked by after SATS for god's sake. Waiting in line days in advance

..no need for queuing all day for a good view of the stage and certainly not in the U.S. where there is so much space on the floor..

  11. more likely too busy looking for a celeb/CEO to namecheck. Did he manage to get a few references to the manchester bombing anniversary in though?
