    This song is okay - it's a bit over the top U2 for me, but it's a fun singalong in a live setting.
    These remixes get on to compilations, played in clubs, Spotify, Apple, it helps broaden their appeal and people who don't listen to U2 might explore their music ,that's the logic anyway.

  7. I listened to the remix. I don't get it. It doesn't sound like a U2 song anymore. It sounds like a super pop song. I guess I don't particularly like the idea of taking U2 songs and turning them into stuff that would be played over the loudspeaker at an Old Navy. It just doesn't seem like a very rock band thing to do...

    I remember back to when Rattle & Hum, AB, or even POP came out it seems like they were much tighter on control over the product. Now they are essentially creating the music, and then giving to guys who just play the record player.
