1. Hello all my U2 brothers and sisters out there. I was wondering if you could answer a question I have been trying to figure out... There are a lot of videos on YouTube of Bono and sometimes the Edge coming out and talking with fans, taking pics and signing stuff. It seems to be in every city... Do they do this at the arena hours before the show? If anyone know where they come greet fans in Montreal please let me know. I'll be at the both shows and would love to get my Vinyl signed or take a pic. Thank you to everyone and keep up the amazing work U2start.com
  2. They come in at the garage underneath the bridge and near the MacDonald's on the right side of the arena. Walk from the main entrance to MacDonald's then left down the street. You will see fans and maybe security. They will be entering from 2 to 6pm.
  3. And although they do this in almost every city sometimes they don’t. They have to be feeling like it and have time. I don’t think they did anything like it in Nashville for instance. And sometimes its only Bono, sometimes only Edge or Adam and sometimes all 3! Patience is important haha.
  4. i might be wrong but I've noticed that in America they meet & greet outside the arena/stadium whereas in Europe they do so outside the hotel they're staying at? Is this true? Or do they sign anywhere as long as they have the time to / want to?

    This is true indeed.
  6. Although in Dublin on the ie tour the band did spend time outside the venue with fans particularly Larry which is quite unusual. Larry is ok with photos but doesn’t really like signing autographs !!

Really... They are at the arena that early? That's before the doors open. I would have thought they get to the arena maybe a half hour before start time...

I don't know about the US but here in Europe they meet with fans both outside hotels and outside venues.

    Good luck
