  1. are we sure it is only an hour? Usually Sirius shows are full shows. Bruce, Metallica, Guns were all full length shows. It isn't typically a normal promo show like the Roxy or the NY show back in 2000. I mean GNR played for over 3.5 hours last year and they did it 2x. Once at Apollo and once in LA.

    I really have no idea how long they’ll play, someone mentioned an hour a while back and going by the Setlist prediction thread a lot of us have seemed to run with it. I’m going to choose to believe it’s going to be an hour and if it’s longer it will be a nice surprise. I think the answer at the moment though is none of us know.
  3. on the sirius program schedule on june 13th it says
    apollo preshow 4-5pm and 5-7pm.

    so it might be around 2 hours

  6. Damn, anyway to hear this without subscribing to Sirius? I've been burned in the past with these things that automatically keep charging your credit card after you end the trial period... Bleh... Not willing to do it again, even for U2!

  9. I’m so upset I won’t be there. 20 min away. I might just show up there after work tomorrow.
  10. Also, keep in mind folks that Sirius will not broadcast this show live. They will do that afterward, and only a 1 hour broadcast, so maybe some songs will be cut from it.
    Fortunately, like I said before, we will have a mixlr live from the Apollo theater.
    I heard something about Howard Stern broadcasting the show live, but I'm not sure about that.

    I’m hoping a recording of the broadcast makes it out to the wild as well.
  12. Hopefully it will on this site. Assuming it won't be allowed on Dime or U2Torrents since XM broadcasts are usually not allowed.
