    Yes, they have to sit.
    They erase the yellow cards until the Quarter Finals.

Here’s a scenario to throw out there, if Brazil win there group and Germany finish 2nd in there’s, very possible I feel, and England go into the last game against Belgium behind on goal difference, will they play for the draw knowing finishing 2nd would significantly improve there route to the semi finals?

    Yeah it'll be interesting, finishing first or second might not necessarily improve your chances of making it through the final depending on the other groups.

    I'm hoping for a Brazil Germany clash in the 16th finals for sure.
