    It has a dvd, but I'm only familiar with the audio.

    The notes on U2Kristall (aka Schmidt.rivdo.de/Audio/U2) are incomplete, as remarked on u2torrents by @U2ruguay : Iris and Cedarwood Road are from the December 6th show, and, as said by @Chrisedge, The Electric Co. and Sweetest Thing are omitted as they were not part of the HBO broadcast.

    If I can find some time today, I will put it up on the show page / audio tab of 2015-11-11.
  3. And as to show what is wrong with "Iris (Hold Me Close)" and why it is beyond repair, here is a screen shot of the spectrum. Click on the spoiler tag to see the image:

    You are looking at two channels: left (on top), and right (below). You can already see the gaps where there is no music. It will sound like skips. But it is even worse.

    On the far left in the orange section, you see some horizontal lines. Those are sustained notes from guitar and Bono's voice (sustained notes in harmony with accompanying instruments) is a bit more wave-like (it's what singers do, no worries there). But in between the gaps and further on the right side you see that those lines at approximately the same height, are skewed downwards and then slightly bend upwards again.
    It sounds as if you are playing vinyl and then suddenly the rotation speed of the discs slows down and accelerates again. It just sounds bad and I don't think there is a way to (literally) straighten that out.

    @Chrisedge or @hoserama might know if this fault is in the master, or that it was a broadcast error only.

    Is the soundquality of the youtube inferior to the one you mention? I have no idea if soundqualities of youtubes are good or not. Even if rips of dvds or proshots...

    I don't know which YouTube you are talking about, but in general YouTube audio is never better than the original.

    In this case, with the Paris i+e "soundboards", it is slightly more complicated because the only audio that is truly lossless,
    is the audio contained in the Dolby 6.0. So, technically speaking, even Chrisedge's "Dolby E 2.0 - wav-rip" is not lossless.

    But these are just the kind of details I don't want to discuss right now. If somebody else feels up to it, please do.

    I try to find U2 live music here and there, and youtube (like many others i guess) is one place to find, like is this website, and as I don't know/understand a thing of all those technical stuff, i just wondered if youtubes are as qualitative as other records available. So in all cases thanks for opinions/answers (given faster than your shadow)!!
    We all have the same intention here, enjoying the music as much as possible!

    I guess it sounds OK for a YouTube. Iris and CWR have those issues I mentioned above.
  8. The gaps were errors in the satellite reception. Unfortunate but totally understandable. Video was affected at the same time. I had considered mixing up the iems/auds of the two glitchy songs and two missing songs, but just never got around to it. Have to eq the mix to match closer to the broadcast audio. If I recall correctly, Bonos vocals sounded pretty dry on that broadcast mix.
