    You're alone there. I root for Nigeria because Argentinian soccer journalists are always underestimating Mexico and mocking us.
  8. Can’t argue with you there then, I don’t know if they’ve been saying anything about Mexico this time round but they’ve been nothing short of fantastic imo. I guess the South American teams can be a bit tough and perhaps there journalists are the same, I like a no nonsense approach to an extent but they definitely do cross the line at times. Still I love wee Messi and I just wish he could add the World Cup to his titles.

  10. That’s not good taste. I agree with you one way or another it’s going to be very exciting and on another note I hope Australia can give us a little excitement tomorrow too, Denmark only need a draw but you couldn’t write off a France and Australia victory, will be a good day of football.
  11. What do you guys think of the VAR? Is it used properly, do you want to see it used more often or is it going against the natural flow of the game?
    Personally, I love it. It was about damn time. While not perfect, it is already giving games with more PK, more goals and more justice.

    People will bitch about it but when it rules a decision in their favour, they’ll love it.
