I think it depends on perspective. I very much wanted to go in 2015 and was disappointed I couldn't afford to attend even 1 show. So, while I fully understand the frustrations of those who can attend multiple shows, the fact that there is some I+E repetition in the 2018 show will be a good thing for me when I get to see U2 next month. From now on, our chances to see the band live may well be more limited so I for one will cherish every opportunity.

  3. Think one of the Chicago gigs, where they started with a mini ZooTV set. But that was another time, another place..and this thread is about Paris LOL

  4. I'm happy there are none now. I would actually pay more to not get a support act.
  5. I guess it depends. Noel Gallagher was pretty cool and let's not talk about Muse ..
  6. I enjoyed Noel Gallagher . I enjoyed looking at Kelis when she supported.
Stereo MC's were superb on Zoo tour

  7. Yep... better than anything else on the market and we still pay money to have them.
  8. Support acts are only fine when they're acts that you like. I love Noel Gallagher so it was amazing last year to see him and then U2 perform the JT in full. I like Kings of Leon and Snow Patrol too but unfortunately I wasn't a fan back then so didn't do the tours.
  9. I’d rather not sit through support acts... seen some OK acts whilst going to see U2 (Bjork, Longpigs, Athlete, Noel Gallagher) and seen some rubbish (Bravery, Kelis, Audioweb).

Much rather get in and have u2 coming on first.
