Tour: Experience and Innocence tour
Songs played: 25
Audio recordings: 2
Videos: 2
  1. Stereo Mc's were one of the best support bands they ever had they had the whole crowd Connected, Red Hot chilli peppers who supported U2 in Slane in 2001 were like an equal to U2 complete pros and again had the whole crowd in the palm of their hands also Moby was incredible. Snow patrol were ok on the 360 tour nothing amazing
  2. I saw NG last summer in Dublin and having seen his own show twice before, I was really disappointed. His own show is incredible and last summer he was just okay. I loved Snow Patrol in 2009, hated Interpol in 2011, and surprisingly really liked the Lumineers last year too.

I think it depends on perspective. I very much wanted to go in 2015 and was disappointed I couldn't afford to attend even 1 show. So, while I fully understand the frustrations of those who can attend multiple shows, the fact that there is some I+E repetition in the 2018 show will be a good thing for me when I get to see U2 next month. From now on, our chances to see the band live may well be more limited so I for one will cherish every opportunity.
I agree the 360 tour and two European legs were over 12 months apart following Bono’s back injury, essentially same show with similar structure, didn’t stop me going both legs, E&I set list wise is nothing like I&E, so I think it’s a completely different show except for the innocence songs iris - Uteow.
I can’t wait I’ve got manchester 2 and Dublin 4 and steering clear of much negativity about the show, at least they have the balls to play much of the album, I’ll reserve judgement, and savour every opportunity to watch them until the pack in.

    + Boston 4 (June 9) & San Jose 2 (April 20 - because of the awesome bootlegs...)

Not sure how it will go for the e+i Tour, but I think that Tulsa already is a classic...

I guess agree to disagree other than maybe Slane 2. Those shows are all very good shows, but classic. I don't think so.
  5. I'm claiming this as a Birthday show (20 tomorrow) so hopefully the band will throw in a few surprises

(Or they'll just do night 2's setlist)
  6. Spoiler (click to toggle)
    ABOY according to U2.com
  7. Hahaha Bono and The little girl

  8. me neither. but remember The Corrs in Prague '98 as a support act to Rolling Stones - perfect, they had huge success with the fans
  9. Why does U2.com post the setlist before the concert? I know they've done it since I+E tour, but had they been doing it before on previous tours?
  10. If they post de setlist when they sell the ticket...i save a lot of money
