Yes, U2.com are posting the setlist every show, about an half hour before show time. I don't know why. It's a reliable source, but it does not contain last minute changes to the setlist. In 2005 U2.com accidentally ran a concert review after the show claiming in the headline that Bad was played, but it was not played at the show.
  2. Yes, In my opinion it's also unfair that U2 didn't share with their fans that they won't play Joshua Tree songs this tour, before the tickets went on sale.

If that would matter if you would go or not then you are not a true fan
  4. To be critical about a band you love, has nothing to do with if you are a true fan or not. It's totally normal to be critical about products you consume. The ticket prices are expensive.
  5. Tickets are expensive, however the show is value for money considering what we get! State of the art rock n roll show a visual spectacular, excellent sound quality!!! Take a bow U2!!

Alright with me... And after all it seems that we do agree on the most important part anyway: "very good shows"

In my opinion the I+E tour was more value for money. To repeat themselves in this way is lame in my opinion. Especially without noticing their fans before the tickets went on sale.
U2 are like the new expensive Apple Iphones these days. People who can afford it buy it blindly because of the brand name on it. Without being critical about the specifications and life span of the product.

If they had stuck to a similar length as they did in Tulsa (regardless of what songs they performed - repetitive or not), the amount of money we pay for the tickets would be justified.

I'm only going to one show - Manchester 2, so maybe I'm not the person to be judging this right now. A few people have speculated that they feel Manchester may be the shows of the tour, hope they're right.
  9. Well I attended both Berlin shows and had an amazing time going back on the 13th November, the show put on by the boys is nothing short of sensational entry fee and all costs included justified just with Acrobat and NYD both the highlights for me will give a full review of my weekend in due course, so wish I could go very night but will wait for Manchester, everyone enjoy tonight

Pretty much what my sentiments were after I saw the current tour (and went in completely blind, expecting a completely different show from 2 years ago).

I so naively thought "there's no way they could use the same stage but do almost the same show. I'm pumped to see how they use the same tech but for completely different things!"

    Sigh.
