  1. If that's your opinion, then fine. I'm not sure everyone who went to the show agrees. I knew about this already before the tickets went on sale, so no big deal. A true fan has knowledge about the band. Have fun tonight.

  7. I fully expected both those songs to make the setlist. Didn't they say they won't use them because they won't work in this type of setlist? But vertigo and elevation will? Surely streets and WOWY tell a narrative better than vertigo and elevation.

    Unfair? What do you mean? How would the official announcement look like? "Hey, we're going on tour, but NO Joshua Tree songs, is this all right? Will you still come?" Would that stop us from buying tickets to see our favorite band ?

    No, Edge indicated because they just did a full tour of the Joshua Tree they decided to not include any JT songs on E and I as a result. Streets is my favorite U2 song and JT is my favorite album and it did not bother me that they weren't played.
