1.5-2 year break is some holiday.
  2. It’s probably only going to be a full year break then they’ll go back to the studio. They won’t really be back though until they release something or tour which will either be a new album in 2022 or the Achtung baby anniversary tour in 2021. I suspect it will be the latter followed by the former.
  3. Man they look so stoked playing the new songs in the set. It’s great they decided to give it a shakeup.

    dont be like that pls
  5. What a show! ! The tour has new life. Watching the energy and fun they had, this is not the last tour. A break for sure, but not the end. Cant wait for tomorrow.
  6. Truly a great show, mixing it up a bit has taken this show to a higher level..

Maybe they read the reviews in the newspapers after Copenhagen 1and changed the show . They got some bad reviews there.. "boring, to many new songs that aren't any good, uninspired, the smell of popcorn instead of magic".
Copenhagen 2 and tonight's show was a real improvement, they still can ?
  7. Random thought but I’d really like to hear Best Thing full band electric again, hearing it now make me miss it at the end of the JT17 fall shows

  8. You can see the friendship between Bono and Edge at 5:45. They look at each other like they're having a shared memory. Wonderful performance!
  9. Darn, I keep missing these shows live--the timing is just off for my schedule. Oh, well--once again thanks to those who provide mixlrs and recordings of the concerts we can't attend. Bless you all!
  10. some recording IEM in Europe?
  11. This show is finally turning into what it should’ve been from the beginning.

It’s sad to hear and see how much Bono has aged in these recent videos though. That being said, I have been binging on ZooTV and Popmart shows recently...

Been listening to ZooTV like crazy as well.

Here’s something for you to try. Listen to the 8/12 and 8/13 shows at East Rutherford, NJ. The setlist changed from night one to night two.

I was also at both shows which is why I listen to them so much. Last electric performance of Wild Horses for a long time. Second show played SBS which the first night didn’t. I remember the crowd erupting when they started it. One of my favorite U2 memories.
