    This 4 song promotional CD was released for the Vertigo Live From Chicago 2005 DVD. Contrary to what a lot of listings and collectors think, initial run copies were distributed in an unique CD case complete with inlay booklet. These were issued to music journals and press first for review. Another version was released only in a plastic wallet, again with printed inlay card whilst the majority of the pressings out there were issued in a clear plastic wallet only without any information or inlay card (just theCD itself).

  2. Properly archiving this collection is time consuming but unearthing some real promotional gems (including the extremely rare promos of One and Vertigo).
