    Shambles. I only do audio because I have no video recorder lol (so no tapes issues unlike you my friend lol ), but when I tried to do UTEOTW I had it just at a volume where you could distinctly hear my pick hitting the strings and I spectacularly ballsed up the harmonics.

    One of the other ones I'm thinking of doing a 2 part with is WGRYWH - a) it's my favourite song ever ever ever and b) I have a vision of combining an electric part over an acoustic guitar....

    it's just the overall recording. Even the lossless isn't a lot better. Just a bit more depth really

    I'd do a lot more, but:

    a) I don't have any effects or an amp, for that matter
    b) my apartment landlord and neighbors wouldn't appreciate me playing at a "Edge-worthy" volume.

    it's better than I remembered. The recording cancels out all crowd noise but the bass is awesome (up there with Sao Paulo 06). Edge is a little too prominent though.

    Erm...sounds a bit of a bugger to me. My parents don't appreciate me playing at a worthy volume, as you say, but I usually whack the noise up when Dad's working in his shed/office drawing houses and Mum's either away at one of her many churches or having a staff meeting at her school lol...

    My brother comes home from the RAF on leave everyso-often and doesn't give a fuck what anyone says, just thrashes out godforsaken metal music that hurts my ears

    I mean, I sometimes get a bit repetitive with what I play, but I'm sure people would rather hear UTEOTW as opposed to Nightwish's "Crimson TIde/The Deep Blue Sea" medley OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN...

    I've downloaded this show a while back, but just to listen to ISHFWILF.....got to the part where Bono says "Give me some lights...." before I realized I'd heard this one before. Whoops.
