Yep someone on Facebook said it was like Airport security. People had to remove their shoes and get them scanned.

Out of interest does anyone have any experience of the ‘new’ security? How long does it roughly take to get in? Just wondering what time to get there based on a guesstimate of 8.30 kick-off?

Don't know if security will even let people Q outside there strict as fuck now after the attacks and rightly so. It was like airport security when I was there for Noel Gallagher this year.

I was at the NG gig too and didnt see any noticeable delays.
It was similar to the U2 Hamburg gigs, only scanning backpacks etc.
They also blatantly lied about the ticket and Id checks-nobodies ticket was checked against Id when I was queuing.
There were also people waiting for a concert the following evening after the concert.
