Have been quite lucky. Picked up one for Saturday today and two for Friday as well. Sometimes it won’t let you but two but then when I reduced it to 1 it worked. Good luck!
i think it helps to register with ticketmaster.ie in advance. Then just keep hitting the button over and over when it directed you to the page to "buy tickets'.If you can even get that far! I think i hit it like 40 times before i was then directed to the check out. It is a cluster......dont give up. I almost cried last week when the same crap happened to me but today i was successful. so now tears of joy!
Did 3Arena tighten paperless entry since 2015? Our tickets for Dub3 are on my father in laws CC who - for obvious reasons - will not be joining himself. Is an ID now more mandatory than before?

My tickets for one Dublin show are on my dad's card - you have to bring the actual card of purchase, and a copy (or a photo) of the photo ID of the person whose card is used for entry - probably won't be asked for but that was Ticketmaster's advice when I called.
