Perfect decoy. Gez will have the band to himself.

Yeah thankfully. Probably had his orders from Lawrence after that ridiculous spectacle in Paris 2015.

Join the queue and get a number / wristband. Then wait 9 hours til the doors open.

Thanks, I take it the queue will be easy to find.

Thanks Remy,
Any idea what the deal will be with London 2? Will the list be starting for London 2 just when London 1 has gone into the show? So people can't double dip for both shows.
My memory is hazy, but I think that's what happened in 2015.

I'll be looking for the GA line around the same time give or take an hour. Never done O2 GA before, but U2 GA lines aren't usually too hard to find as has been the case for at least the last couple of decades as there will likely be a good bunch of people already there from early on and likely a bunch of overnighters.
I remember in 2001 when the whole wrist numbering thing was kicking off (I don't recall anybody doing this back in Zoo TV / Popmart days or for any other bands I see)... turning up for GA at Birmingham NEC and being within the first 10 in line at 8am. 6am's my earliest for Twickenham in 2005, and there were about 30 or something ahead of me iirc - plus another gate with a bunch of people there. I've done a few others at around 7am. Personally I'd never do any earlier than 7/8am now, I'm too long in the tooth for it all anyway, even 8am is really pushing it for me and I'm only going that early as its my only show this tour. Besides which, you could turn up at 3pm and still get a perfectly good spot in the venue. I saw all 4 London Elevation shows, and #4 I was tired of all the 7am queuing to get into the heart, and turned up at 3pm and ended up at the tip of the heart when Bono jumped off stage into the crowd and it was absolutely brilliant!
These days at 8am for outdoor shows at least it's more likely to be somewhere within the first 250 people, which should bag you a rail spot, not sure how many people are gonna be queuing on an October Tuesday morning for an indoor show at 8am I'd wager perhaps not quite as many as 250 by that time, but I'd imagine there will still probably be a fair few there already. Anyone who has been to some GA's on this tour want to chime in on how many are there for 8am?
