I always go to Bercy so will definitely go back again but I am not usually in GA. My list of never again venues....Amsterdam Arena, Cologne Mungsdorfer Stadium, Twickenham.
I saw them at Mungersdorfer in 1993, and got completely lost and disorientated after the gig, everywhere kinda looked the same in all directions. I started walking down the same path most people seemed to be going back towards what I thought would be the coach park, only to realise like after about 30 mins walking I'd gone completely the wrong direction lol. So did a 180 and literally ran back through thousands of fans going the opposite way back towards the stadium - didn't want the coach to go without me. Picked another random path and fortunately it was the right one. Fun times.

I was chatting to a fellow U2 fan on the train yesterday, saying he had GA at Twickenham and is was the worst he's been too. Was way too crowded and very little space to room, said his feet didn't touch the ground for most of the night.

It was densely packed in 2017 for sure, #1 at least, actually remember similar in 2005 too. Worst I remember though was Lansdowne Road #1 in 1997 down against the front barrier, that was really heavy going - on the way out I noticed the pitch down at the front was littered with random stray shoes lol, I lost my wristwatch of the time at that show too. Thankfully much of the U2 crowd is a lot older now and it doesn't get quite so mental as it could get back then.

Nonsense...half the pitch was empty. I was at it myself and stood near the front with no issue getting around
  9. It was roomy at the back if you needed the space, I certainly noticed that on night #2 as I was up in the heavens for night #2, but probably only so roomy because it was so tightly packed up front, that was my experience of night #1 - it was down to them not having a cordoned off area like they usually do at stadium shows in the first third of the pitch, so a good indication that it was likely more close-knit up front.
  10. Massive ticket drops again on AXS.com for London GA's.
  11. I'm still surprised London didn't get 4 shows this time around. Going from 6 in 2015 to 2 now is quite a change.
  12. I’m still annoyed Glasgow didnt get any- but London kid free for two days will make up for it
