Tour: Experience and Innocence tour
Songs played: 24
Audio recordings: 1
  1. Something is in the air tonight. I can feel it through mixlr. No speech for One, That is worth a mention all in itself.
  2. Love it when the crowd takes over in One
  3. I’ve stated my opinion a few times on the retirement but how I think the AB30 tour fits in with it all is it gives the band more time to write an album they’ll be happy with, they can work at there own pace keep it more on the enjoyable than hard working side. Playing music is fun, maybe touring and travelling isn’t so do it a little less that’s my theory. I accept the band could finish after this tour but hand in heart I really don’t think it’s very likely.
  4. Yep I've thought myself too about the Miracle / 13. Plus the whole thing with the light bulb and the house, bringing it all back home, completing the circle.

Let's just hope and see. One thing is for sure... what a legacy they would leave behind for us if so.
  5. That's a great performance of One.
  6. hands from left to right !!!
  7. I've already written that this is the perfect tour for a goodbye. It's U2 at the top of their game, a beautifully crafted live show, a very solid narrative about themselves too.
    Two very solid albums too.
Artistically, it's the perfect time for goodbye. Obviously I would be happy with a less creative goodbye and some more music and tours in the future.
Who knows. This is a memorable tour. A very special feeling all along.

I say: bring on the dvd's
  9. Wonder what the stage / production setup looked like for 'Landlady? There was clearly some stuff happening during the Paris rehearsal with Willie directing Bono to step into 'pools of light', I'd imagine in the barricage. Will be interesting to see how that went down.
