Yup. Might predict. Can you sense the trepidation? Can you sense that I am unsure?

Okay, I may feel like a cat finding its feet but my gut tells me its March. The reaction is so urgent that I publically call upon Welsh Edge to make a wager with me. He can make his prediction and a prize will be exchanged if there is a winner.
