    I always thought the title was a reference to Ultra Violet, a former Warhol/factory - "Superstar" from the 1960s?
  7. As long as I know, the cut-and-credits version is the only that exists out there. Of course SNL would have the full thing, but it wasn't broadcast and hasn't surfaced. People complain about the cut Ultraviolet since the day the show was aired (read here: https://www.u2.com/news/title/light-my-way/albumno_line_horizon/2 )
