  3. I echo the sentiments that their shows are too short. I finally got to see this band in 2006, for the stadium arcadium tour. I was so pumped for the show! I had the 2003 Slane Castle video, and it seemed like the Chili Peppers were the most epic live band ever based on that video. I have never been more disappointed. Granted, an arena in Columbus Ohio is going to have less atmosphere than Slane Castle. But it was 90 minutes long, and there were even a couple covers in there! If you're only playing 15-16 songs, I don't want to hear any fucking covers!!! That was the only time I saw them. They've been through my city of Columbus 3 times in the Klinghoffer era, but I'm just not interested in seeing them live without Frusciante. I actually like "I'm With You" and "The Getaway" pretty well, and I think Klinghoffer is a good guitarist.

    Stadium Arcadium is a great album, but other than that, I just don't get them at all.
  7. They were best in the late 80's and early 90's, IMHO. But yeah, their short setlists are sad to see. And they played 20 at the pyramids...pharaohs must have a curfew LOL

  9. Yesterday i went to see the dave mathews band in Amsterdam. Only 21 songs. They played for almost 3 hours and not much talking like Bono.
    Never heard of the DMB. Friend had tickets, awesome band. Small venue, great music experience. Hope to see u2 ones in a stripped down jamming way.
    Do the RHCP have a ‘short’ set in songs but a long concert? Hope to see them sometimes, with John F.
