1. I think there will definitely be an announcement on April 1.
  2. I mean it would be the biggest troll ever if after all these rumours and hype, that on April 1st they announce the tour with full dates, then a couple hours later say "April fools, no tour. We're actually taking the year off", and go back in to hiding.

    that would be so Mullen
  4. Originally posted by SJKamal:I was not stating that those were the dates. The question mark implies I was asking that could March 31st/April 1st potentially be the dates of the announcement, as that is the end of this month/the start of next month. Remy said its W/C April 8th.

    My bad.
  5. The tickets will be announced early morning or late evening April 4.
  6. now 51, which doesn't sound as good

I've always had a smooth and relaxed fanclub presale. Always got the tickets that I wanted to have. For me it is it worth paying the subscription. And I like the membership gifts.

I travelled from Spain. If possible I'll of course take a relaxed, zero-risk approach just like anybody What I was trying to say is that one shouldn't give up and if you really do want tickets*, you'll get them. Always. Even without costly fanclub presales.

*(only applies for major arena/stadium shows, theatres and clubs are a different story and there might not be spares or last minute ticket drops at all... but U2 aren't even close to playing that kind of venues so N/A)
  8. I have no idea what's shows I'll end up seeing, so a few more weeks to research isn't bad (though I constantly refresh this thread & get bored when there's no new posts ?).

Flights to Bangkok or Singapore will be cheaper for me, but Japan seems so much more appealing. Beaches in Thailand should appeal to many, but I have pretty nice ones very close by in Sydney.
