  3. Is the u2-3 ep the only thing that would make this year a 40 year anniversary? They formed more than 40 years ago and boy was released less than 40 years ago.

  7. 8th Nov could be the start of the tour anyway, but maybe not in NZ but somewhere in Asia..? Maybe they do it the other way round, starting in Asia, and finishing in Australia or even NZ??
    Imo, makes more sense to close the tour in an English speaking country/continent rather than in Asia. Did they ever close a tour in Asia?

    Pretty sure they’d want to work their way back from Australia/NZ. It makes sense.

    Taipei hasn’t been mentioned at all in rumours.

    But why would Elton John have a problem finding a mansion. He will tour in Australia from the beginning of Dec, where U2 wouldn't be in Australia anymore, if they start there.
    For me it makes sense when they start in Asia and close the tour in Australia, and after finishing the tour, they stay there with their families over Christmas, which would be the explanation why EJ has problems finding a mansion in the same time.
  12. Although the date and location are fake, I don't think its such a bad name for the tour. Might make sense. 40 years since their first single.

    Lumineers have an empty schedule after September so that could also be legit.
