  3. Here's another take on why i think this tour isnt going to happen anytime soon. When a tour announcement is made for such a huge deal as u2 touring , they always prepare media kits and have the band usually available for short interviews via streaming /cable / whatever - have the band been seen together recently ? Errr NO! Also one or two of that counties finest entertainment reporters would fly to them for an'exclusive'. Any rumors that Richard Wilkins has flown out on a secret assignment? AGAIN NO! The Lads haven't been seen together in the same country let alone doing media or press kits to release when the tour is announced. How can anyone take these tour claims seriously when if u dig a little deeper nothing about this tour makes sense.

    The band are rarely seen together on time off who knows they probably meet up in the South of France away from prying eyes as they all have houses there ,the tour is a few months away allegedly so their could be a lot of work and plans been made by their management team the band are probably kept up to date via email and by staff who are around them on a regular basis.

    The EPKs you refer to are always posted here: https://www.u2.com/rmpphoto and almost always the day after opening night for tours. We're a long way off that just now.

    Danial, while I understand your reasoning and pessimistic view can you not just accept the work that genuine contributors and thier genuine sources have posted here. I posted recently that I got it 1st hand from a member of the U2 crew that dates are been planned for Australia at the end of the year. I know others who have had had similar confirmation from other sources directly connected with the band. Daniel the tour is definitely happening but the announcement schedule is still a guess. Chin up mate. The band are enthusiastic to do it. All will be revealed in U2 time.

    I definitely appreciate those who have contributed to the 'rumor' with intel from 'sources' close to the band, however everything about this supposedly tour is being set up for a dramatic F.A.I.L if it doesnt eventuate.

    This site is pretty much the ONLY forum that seems to be pushing this barrow, all quiet over at other prominent forums such as "interference, @u2 among others" why is that?
