    We should all try and make some plans to infiltrate the arenas/stadiums on the next tour and get backstage to give the guys a setlist we make, with the t shirt of course!
  11. Myself, my two brothers and my mother went to a restaurant in Dalkey, in Dublin for my mother's b-day... May 14, Bono is May 10... so he was there! In this little restaurant in Dalkey sitting just behind us at a big round table with Gugie, Gugie's kids and Bono's kids. A little way into our meal, Ali(his wife) came in with his two youngest to join them... all very strange and coincidental to me as I was having my usual revival of interest in U2(it's a yearly thing) by reading U2byU2... without even thinking I'd be humming Acrobat or Bad or Even Better... not too loud mind...
    Anywho, for desert my bro and myself organised a cake and a litlle happy birthday sing-song for my mother and he sang along! AND THEN straight after they're done with my Mum, they move on to Bono.... all very surreal, I swear I was in a daze the whole time!

    He was very cool to sing along and wish my Mum happy birthday and my Mum was smitten for weeks and weeks and weeks, bloody ridiculous! I didn't want to be that fan that interupts his family thing for an autograph or some shite, but I kinda regret it.
    That was just last year in a place called Nosh... and apparently we're going again for the same occassion... you never know... they're pretty much the exact same age, my Mother and Bono... I'll let you guys know in a few months...
