Joshua Tree Tour 2019
Legs (1): New Zealand, Australia and Asia
Shows: 15
  1. WTF is a Tim Tam?
  2. Personally, I don't think it's worth the 50 USD investment for a stadium tour. Tickets are much easier to get for stadiums than arenas (which I also had no problems with in the general sale).

In the unlikely event that you do miss out on high demand tickets (like GA & RZ), there are always ticket drops on the days before the show, when these tickets are released.

I joined u2.com for the presale in Japan, which may be much tougher. Think they have a lottery system for the general GA sales, & possibly GA entry is ranked in the order that tickets were purchased.

    okay cool,
i would think that redzone would be still able to puchase after presale as they are not cheap, hope i'm right
  4. I have to admit, I'm not 100% sure about RZ, I've only ever done it once, & it was an auction back then.

I think RZ was quite tough to get for the arena tours, though there was obviously less RZ tickets available then than in a stadium. I suppose if you're willing to pay $500 for a RZ ticket, another $75 for the membership isn't huge. Especially if you're going to multiple shows, as the code can be used for a total of 4 tickets across the tour. Whether that's 1 ticket to 4 shows, 2 tickets to 2 shows, etc. Plus you get the subscriber gift, that looks pretty decent this year (i+e+i live album).

Personally, I wouldn't pay for the membership. But I'd also save money by getting normal GA, the best (standing) seats in the house!

mhmh, i did GA on 360 and as fun as it was standing for 12 hours with everyone i just want something different this time round, want to be able to go do things before the show and just walk in when im ready.
i guess RED zone is just easier despite the cost.
  6. Regular GA has a way better view, RZ isn’t bad at all but on the rail at other spots outside the RZ are better.
  7. Yaaaaaaaaa Australia tour!!!
  8. Hypeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
  9. Finally put Triple M on, 1pm in Sydney. First thing I hear is an ad for the Joshua tour. Then the DJ talks about the tour & announces a competition for tickets (2-from-U2, ring them when they play 2 U2 songs in a row). Straight into Sunday Bloody Sunday, followed by Beautiful Day. Bring it on!

    Steve just won tickets
