    I'm so jealuos!!
    I used to climb the Avila, wich is a mountain in Caracas, Venezuela when I was a kid!!
    it doesn't have snow, but it's easy 6000 mts high!!
    I'll look up a pic and post it!!

    Here you have a pic:
    you can see a building at the top, it's the Humboldt's Hotel!! it was fully operational between the middle 50's and 70's and then it was abandoned.. nowadays it's used for events, cocktails, etc...
    there's a cable car that takes you to the top, you can climb by foot, car or take the cable car... on the top you have a beautiful sight of Caracas to one side, and to the other you have the Carribean Sea coast!!
    really beautiful place...
