1. Fluke first goal and Bruins dominated first period but that second goal seem to knock the wind out of them. Price made some great saves to keep the game close at first and I think that was a huge difference and Habs turned it on from there. Congrats to them.

It was a tease for us Bruins fans to see the team stretch it to seven games and then lose. But kudos to the great effort and ride they gave us during this series. Montreal will definitely need to step up their game the rest of the playoffs and play like they did in game seven. With great teams from great hockey cities left in these playoffs, it is going to make for one of the better postseasons in a long time.

    true,

in the Est, and most of the western teams are teams coming from strong hocking towns. No more Carolina Hurricanes with no-fans in the stadium during the playoffs

I won't say luck (more lack of talent) but this was essentially the Bruins/Habs series where Bruins played better but couldn't score. After watching that series I really felt Montreal had very little chance of advancing past the second round. Price had to play fantastic and he ended up playing pretty poorly.

I wish the series went longer though and I'm disappointed that most of these series are going short. Hopefully the next round of games will be much closer.
