Am I correct in saying that you have to pick the tickets up at an SM agent in the Philippines ?
The website is very amateurish looking .

Yes, SM Tickets are the only Official ticket outlet here in the Philippines. The Tickets for VIP Floor will be release at the venue on the day of the concert.

Ok thanks.
Thats a very strange method of ticket delivery.
What if you can no longer make it ?
I had a look for VIP this morning for a friend who lives in the Philippines but held off as I was unsure of the delivery method as he would be going not me so wasnt sure if he could collect the tickets.
Site is saying my code is no longer valid now ,even thought I didnt buy any tickets yet.

Tell your friend to register at SM Tickets and he will be the one who should purchase the tickets using your code. SM will only release the ticket to the one who purchase it online. He/She can call SM Tickets hotline to reset your code.
