  2. They'll do "programming" as in final set-ups of the stage on 3 November last I heard. U2's original plan was always to start rehearsing on the 4th so maybe they'll stick with that.

  9. What's the earliest recorded starting of a line on previous tours? Generally it's two days in advance, but I'm sure it's been at least four on occasion.

    Dublin 1 had the queue started like 5 days in advance. 360 opening night had the queue started at least a week in advance.
