  2. Wow, Mr Hewson is REALLY struggling today. I hadn't heard him being unable to do the "ha la la la DE DAAAY" ever, not even in the poorest Vertigo Tour versions. Oh mannnnnn

  4. I just tuned in...he doesn't sound that bad...did I miss something?
  5. You missed a lot of nuances and small things here and there. No mid-range singing at all, lots of shuting up and letting the audience sing, virtually no modulation (he sticks to a tone and doesn't move out of it - the current Trip Through Your Wires we're listening to now is a good example: he just sung "in the distanceeee", "you set my desireee" in the same tone), etc.

    Of course he still sounds better than a hoarse dog but he's doing much worse than you would expect from the singer in the biggest band on Earth. Specially since he's been consistently good this past concerts. Oh well

  7. Oh, hopefully the next show is better. I really think Bono's singing great this tour and I'd hate to have to change my opinion on that lol
