  6. I will never forget the first time I watched Zoo TV live from Sydney. I was 13, Christmas of 1995, my parents bought it for me. I had been getting into U2 since about the summer, had about half of the albums, and had watched UABRS and RH many times. But that Zoo TV video really blew the whole thing wide open for me. I had never seen anything like it before, most of the music I had been exposed to prior to that was either country or my Mom's terrible taste in pop music. This video changed my life, literally. It made me want to learn guitar and form a band, which is something that is still a part of my life to this day. Even now, when I watch that footage again, it's obvious to me that we were witnessing U2's peak on that exact night.

    What happened to that band? THAT band only existed for a short time. They were a great band before, they were a great band after, but on that night in Sydney, 1993, they achieved perfection.
