  4. Yeah, it's an amazing snippet, so much energy. He just didn't sing it at any of the 2017 or 2019 shows because it wasn't planned (the snippets appear on Bono's teletrompter too, yeah, sad but true). The teleprompter probably went out last night with the rest of the stage props so he had to improvise, and it turned out to be the best version of the tour so far.
  5. Aaaaand... We have a very good recording of yesterday's show in record time thanks to taper corsair. Somewhere between 3.5 and 4 stars, and one of the best JT2019 shows so far. If only they had played Love Is Bigger

    yeah I know, I guess on one hand it's a little sad that snippets are on the teleprompter, but as you said he improvised and provided an awesome version & that alone goes to show once again what a great performer - showman Bono is, this Gloria snippet and the way he sung it really added to the song! I'm hoping he actually keeps it... whoever is in charge of the teleprompter should add it

  10. Shame Edge didn't get into the Gloria snippet, it's great when he and bono both go for it on R&H!! That being said, I did almost fall off my chair when I heard it live...
