  1. Yesterday I mentioned the selfish nature of people coming out during this difficult time but I’ve been seeing some more uplifting and positive things on Facebook I think are worth sharing. One of our local taxi companies is giving free taxis to the supermarket for the elderly between 8-9am and 12-1pm. There’s cafes/restaurants etc delivering to people for free. I notice some retailers are having a 1 hour slot for elderly people as well Other people offering to help where they can, it’s not all bad people out there after all.

    Things in Costa Rica have been scalating, but thankfully not at a pace as awful as Europe. We have a pretty solid health system, but most of what happens will depend on us.
    Borders are closed, schools and bars are closed.

    Both me and the wife working from home, both my daughters have lost their jobs from Friday, my Niece and sister both battling cancer in hospital
    Shops empty can’t get meds for my baby grand daughter
    But life goes on
    So yes it’s all shit

    We will get out of this mess in a positive way if ONLY everyone will act like everyone person with brain should act
    I still see people running at the park....children playing and sweating with friends....people queuing at the market as if it’s the last night on earth ( ?) ,elders strolling around for nothing....tubes ( with people crammed in )
    It’s not a holiday and it’s surely stressful
    I’m a gardener and in this moment I should be working like a dog but I’m home because I want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem
    It’s difficult for everyone.today i went with my son down in the basement for a ride with the bike....we do gardening on our terrace ( we’re lucky to have a large one ) we do online lessons and i get out just to buy food and water
    But if everyone acts for himself because of their fucking reasons ( I can’t resist,I’m not able,why not,nothing happens if) we will never GET OUT
    So STAY HOME
    EVERYONE
    And buy wine ( in stocks ?)
